Our cleaners will perform the following
services to the pool at every visit:

Vacuum pool

Scrub tile line

Check and add chemicals as necessary

Empty skimmer and/or pump baskets

Backwash filter as necessary
-
Clean up pool area and arrange pool furniture for new renters

Check pool heater for proper temperature reading
Inform rental company of any rental damages to
pool equipment or pool furniture
Our cleaners will perform the following
services to the spa at every visit:

Check and add chemicals as necessary

Empty skimmer and/or pump baskets

Clean filter as necessary
-
Check spa heater for proper temperature reading
-
Drain and refill spa with fresh water as necessary
Inform rental company of any rental damages to
spa or cover
These services will be performed twice a week
during the season whether the property is rented or not. This
will ensure no delays related to the pool and spa for last minute
rentals. The season dates are normally determined by the rental
company and if the pool is heated or unheated.
